From there, you’ll experience a short, guided workout tailored to your unique needs and fitness level, focusing on safe, effective, pain-free movement.

Whether you’re brand new to exercise or returning to movement after a break, you’re welcome to come exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore what strength and flow look like for you, so you leave feeling empowered, supported, and ready for your next step.

Strong & Aligned is a 40-minute virtual group or partner session designed to support your physical and energetic well-being. We begin with 20 minutes of focused strength training to build resilience, mobility, and confidence — followed by 20 minutes of guided Reiki energy work to support recovery, reduce stress, and reconnect you with your inner calm.
This is your time to move, breathe, and realign-- no experience needed.

Looking to be in the gym on your own schedule — but want a plan that’s safe, effective and tailored just for you? This offering is perfect for the woman who knows how to show up and train, you just need the what, when and how. We begin with a 30-minute consultation so I can learn your history, goals, any pain or movement-issues, and your available equipment. Then I craft a custom strength-training roadmap designed for you to execute independently. You’ll walk away with everything you need to train confidently, move well, build strength. No weekly coaching required (unless you opt-in). Train on your schedule. I provide the blueprint. You do the work.

Strength and Revitalize

A 40-minute blend of movement and energy work designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and rebalanced. We’ll begin with 20 minutes of focused, pain-free strength training to activate your muscles, improve posture, and boost confidence. Then, you’ll transition into 20 minutes of restorative Reiki to calm the nervous system, release tension, and realign your energy.
